Lokal położony w odległości ok 40 minut szybkiego marszu od dworca kolejowego, obok sklepy Dino. W zasięgu spaceru znajdują się Park na Wyspie oraz muzea - biograficzna Staszica i Okręgowe.

Moim zdaniem przydałoby się zrobić w mieszkaniu generalne porządki, szczególnie zwracając uwagę na usunięcie kurzu i brudu w zakamarkach. Wyraźnie brakuje tam też gospodarskiej ręki, a drobnych napraw jest do zrobienia co najmniej kilka, począwszy od brakujących klamek, poprzez niedziałające sprzęty i usunięcie problemów z ciśnieniem wody. Wybierając ten apartament bierzcie swoje ręczniki i nie liczcie na dobre wyposażenie kuchni.
