1. The resort is located in an open and peaceful society, surrounded by greenery, which gives a very refreshing and calm vibe—perfect for a Vrindavan stay. 2. It is easy to locate on maps, making arrival hassle-free even for first-time visitors. 3. The staff was extremely helpful and polite, which genuinely enhanced the overall experience. 4. There are two kiosks available for food ordering, which ensures basic food accessibility within the premises.

1. Limited availability of local Vrindavan food within the resort. For those looking to experience authentic local cuisine, the options felt quite restricted. 2. We were misinformed about proximity to temples. While it was mentioned that most temples are within 4–5 km, in reality only Prem Mandir and ISKCON Temple are nearby. 3. Most major temples (like Banke Bihari, Radha Vallabh, etc.) are at least 7 km or more away, which adds to travel time and planning. 4. The room service process is inconvenient—we had to physically visit the restaurant on the 3rd floor just to place an order, instead of ordering directly from the room. 5..The checkout experience felt unprofessional, as we were asked to hand over the room key to the security guard instead of completing a proper front desk checkout. 6. The balcony could not be locked, as the lock was deliberately covered. We were informed that it is usually locked from inside, but this setup felt unsafe and uncomfortable from a guest’s perspective.
