Villa Bukit Gili Gede

Beautiful villa on a remote island. We enjoyed the equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and pillows, and spacious bathrooms. We could also use the Kokomo amenities, restaurant and boat trips. The little private pool is a fun added feature for soaking in the water, especially that the beaches of Gili Gede are not ones you can really enjoy because of the low tides and, sadly, lots of trash. But before all that, it’s impossible not to mention great and very attentive staff! Thank you Ahmad for taking such a great care of the house!

It’s not the property’s fault, but Gili Gede is still vey much undeveloped in a way that we felt a bit stuck in one place for too long (6 nights). The island offers abundance of marine life, but not accessible from the beach. There is a lot of plastic trash all over the beaches, and in the water, and very limited number of restaurants. But if you’re looking for a laid back resort experience, Villa Bukit on Gili Gede is great place to stay.

The luxury and private villa with a gigantic double bed (never seen a bed so big before) in a fresh airconditioned bedroom. The breakfast, lunch and dinner at Kokomo we’re all delicious with a special thanks to Yuki and Wayan. The service and support regarding the villa from Hendi was great, friendly and personal. Always available, pro-active and responding within minutes. We even tried taking Hendi to the next stops our trip, but without success 🤪
