Die Lage, die Anlage sehr gepflegt , das Schwimmbad
Küchenutensilien sehr abgenutzt, zum Teil unsauber. Badezimmer Duschwände verkalkt und stark verschmutzt Badezimmer war sehr schlecht gereinigt , Abfluss am Waschbecken, Lüftung in der Dusche ,Toilettenbürste sehr dreckig. Mülltrennung in der Wohnung nur ein kleiner Abwurf sonst nur Tüten wo man nicht Weiß wo man sie hinstellen soll roch schon am ersten Tag . Kleiderschrank war zweckentfremdet, lauter Innenbetten, Kissen sogar ein Wäscheständer waren im Schrank
