Location was great and easy short walk to the lake and the house is located on a quiet culdesac. The house is big and very well appointed and our kids enjoyed the 2nd living space with the table tennis.
The house wasn't ready for our arrival, with beds unmade, not cleaned and rubbish from previous occupants. Bachcare dealt with the issue and luckily were able to have 2 cleaners on site within 30 mins of original check in time to do a quick turnaround. I still had to vacuum the whole house and clean surfaces. The bedrooms could also do with heaters as cold in winter and only 1/4 rooms had heaters. Unfortunately there is a house being built right next door so we experienced construction noise from 7.30am-4.30pm and the builders looking right in to living room and kitchen so couldn't use outdoor space either due to lack of privacy. This isn't mentioned on the listing and must have been ongoing for at least 6 months.
