- the location, close to the city center (but it was not the address in Booking, as I mention in the negatives!). - the design and decoration of the flat, modern and esthetic - little freebies from the landlords (a bottle of water in the fridge, a pack of toast bread, coloring book for kids)

- the owner changed the location (from Chrobrego street as seen in Booking) to H. Sienkiewicza 15/8 street; the change was announced in a message 1 hour before our arrival. We specifically chosed the Chrobrego street, there was Biedronka supermarket just across the street. We would be ok with that but such a short notice just added up to the stress. If this is an office (with the seat in Chrobrego street) which manages 3 different apparments in different addresses, they could have just stated it in the desription of the accomodation to avoid confusion. - we received a long message with the details of the accomodation, the codes for entry, but no info about keys. I had to ask, only to find out the landlord is not going to meet us after all and the key is under the doormat. - the parking should have been free, but when we arrived there (on a Friday, 3pm), we could either park in front of the building for 14 złotych (parking was free after 18pm) or the landlord offered to lend us a remote control to the gate in the parking lot in the yard, but in 30mins and a deposit of 200zł. We were here only for 1 night and didn't want to wait. - we were 3 persons, but for the one sleeping on the couch there was no bedsheet, only a pillow and a blanket. - the bedsheets and blanket covers in the bedroom had some dark stains (pictures bellow) - the shower! Oh my. The water was either too hot or too cold, we spent 90% of showering just by trying to adjust to temprature. Also, the shower hose was too short for showering, it was probably meant to bathing only. - the apparment (bathroom, kitchen) was clean, but I was wearing white socks and the floor was probably walked on in shoes.
