The location of the flat is fine, although it was not easy to find the building at first. The flat itself is very good, and the swimming pool area is lovely, with far reaching views. The company representative was very helpful and he made sure that we understood how everything worked, including the digital combination lock on the flat door. The car parking was reasonably easy.
As the road from the harbour area joins the "mainland" there was a significant "bottle neck" with very heavy traffic going through road works. During the busiest times it was necessary to add another 30 mins or so just to get through the congestion. The area is still being developed and there are no supermarkets or food stores within walking distance. There are a few cafes serving light meals.
