Beautiful property, huge rooms, away from the chaos of Benaras but easy enough to commute to the old city.
Has an exceptional momo place mere steps away so meals were sorted.
They do provide basic breakfast.
Property is full of trees & we could luckily witness most of them bearing fruits!
They lock up the hotel at night & you are completely dependent on the housekeeper to go out, so setting out in the wee hours of the mornings was delayed for us (by a good 1/2hr!)
Breakfast provided is very basic - bread, jam, omelettes & tea.

I nice colonial type Bungalow converted to a home stay USA fantastic idea. Large rooms, big windows near and clean. Located in one most well known location with a mall in a walkable distance. Overall the hosts themselves are very good and a pleasure to deal with .
The ongoing renovation has alert some dust here and there. Other than that small issue. It’s a perfect place for families to stay during their visit to Varanasi

Very basic breakfast - bread+omlette+tea and cutlery. Obviously everything is just basic - it has great potential - but it looks and feels neglected
Comfortable beds and blankets were clean except for the spare pull-out which smelled of urine! The washrooms needs to be lot cleaner than they are currently. For one night it doesn't bother - but nobody will like to extend stay. It is not exactly a cheap stay
