My group was heading to Chicago for about 5 days, and we were looking for an affordable option. This property did not disappoint! The beds were comfortable (though the bunk bed was kind of squeaky with an adult in the top bunk), the appliances were modern without being over-the-top, and the central AC unit was a blessing on the hottest days of the week. The bathrooms were very clean, which I feel is especially important. The kitchen was also well-stocked, and it had a few nice appliances like an air fryer and two means of brewing coffee (coffee pods or drip-brew). We were maybe 20 minutes away from the city center by car, which was perfect for our trip. The property manager was also very helpful when anything came up.
No major complaints. A few spots needed dusting higher up on the walls, and a mostly used tube of toothpaste was left behind in one of the bathrooms, though the property manager mentioned the cleaning crew was a bit rushed since they had back-to-back bookings. One thing I personally would have liked to see would have been basic medical supplies, like rubbing alcohol and Band-Aids, but that's just me. I appreciated the thought behind the other hygiene supplies provided, though we didn't need them. We're from a quiet college town, so the neighborhood looked a bit sketchy at first glance, but after a good night's sleep, it seemed like there wasn't anything to worry about. The free, public parking was difficult to figure out at first; the property check-in info suggested downloading an app called SpotAngels, which I've never used, so I needed a day to learn the ropes. After that, the most difficult part was figuring out when to move the car based on the street sweeping schedule; otherwise, there was always a nearby spot while we were staying there.

The train is pretty close, the area didnt feel unsafe and was pretty chill. The ground floor apartment was very nice and comfortable. The kitchen was really well stacked with various spices and many different kind of utensils, making cooking really convenient. Really nice and comfortable stay, communication with the host was easy too.
The bunk queen beds are pretty squeaky, a little rough for lighter sleepers.

Very close to downtown. Getting in was a bit of a hassle, you have to check in online but it didn’t work. Thankfully there was a number to call and the person in the line was very nice! She helped us in and even compensated for the trouble. The apartment is verg spacious and has everything you need! The beds are very comfortable and the apartment has 3 showers!
The entrance is in a very narrow alleyway and the neighborhood is a bit sketchy. Parking is also a bit hard, watch the signs about the road cleaning because we go ticketed. There was also a lot of spiders in the apartment and an isopod crawled out of the showerdrain when I turned it on. The floor in the living room is also wobbly and sloped.
