Great for groups on a budget.

The train is pretty close, the area didnt feel unsafe and was pretty chill. The ground floor apartment was very nice and comfortable. The kitchen was really well stacked with various spices and many different kind of utensils, making cooking really convenient. Really nice and comfortable stay, communication with the host was easy too.

The bunk queen beds are pretty squeaky, a little rough for lighter sleepers.

Nice spatious apartment very close to downtown Chicago.

Very close to downtown. Getting in was a bit of a hassle, you have to check in online but it didn’t work. Thankfully there was a number to call and the person in the line was very nice! She helped us in and even compensated for the trouble. The apartment is verg spacious and has everything you need! The beds are very comfortable and the apartment has 3 showers!

The entrance is in a very narrow alleyway and the neighborhood is a bit sketchy. Parking is also a bit hard, watch the signs about the road cleaning because we go ticketed. There was also a lot of spiders in the apartment and an isopod crawled out of the showerdrain when I turned it on. The floor in the living room is also wobbly and sloped.

Could not get the oven to work but there was an air fryer that did the job. The staff was more than willing to send someone over to check it out but it wasn’t necessary. They were accommodating and apologetic for the very slight hiccup.

Unsafe, Unhygienic, and Misrepresented Accommodation

Our experience at this apartment was extremely disappointing and well below expectations. Communication: In the lead-up to our stay, communication was excessive and frustrating. We were contacted almost daily and asked repeatedly for the same information, including requests for details that were not relevant to our stay. Cleanliness & Condition: Upon arrival, the property had a strong musty smell, suggesting dampness or mould. The wardrobes in particular smelt terrible and made it unpleasant to store clothing. The bathroom in the main bedroom was not properly cleaned — we found hair in the sink and on the wall, which is unacceptable. Health Concerns: Within hours, my colleagues began feeling unwell (nausea and headaches), which we believe were linked to the poor air quality and damp conditions. The property was not safe or suitable for occupation. Noise & Surroundings: Construction is ongoing within the complex. There is a large pile of dirt right outside the apartment entrance, and mornings were noisy with work starting early. This added to the overall discomfort and lack of rest. Overall, this property is unsafe, unclean, and misrepresented. We were forced to find alternative accommodation at extra cost to our business. I would strongly caution others against booking this apartment until these issues are properly addressed.

Good value apartment in Pilsen

Location was good for us (close to daughter's UIC apartment). Furnishings were nice, including the most comfortable pull-out couch ever (love that memory foam mattress). Street parking was pretty easy except for street cleaning day (Monday). Surprisingly quiet, given that there is construction going on next door.

Cozy and comfortable, great for a short visit to the Windy City!

My group was heading to Chicago for about 5 days, and we were looking for an affordable option. This property did not disappoint! The beds were comfortable (though the bunk bed was kind of squeaky with an adult in the top bunk), the appliances were modern without being over-the-top, and the central AC unit was a blessing on the hottest days of the week. The bathrooms were very clean, which I feel is especially important. The kitchen was also well-stocked, and it had a few nice appliances like an air fryer and two means of brewing coffee (coffee pods or drip-brew). We were maybe 20 minutes away from the city center by car, which was perfect for our trip. The property manager was also very helpful when anything came up.

No major complaints. A few spots needed dusting higher up on the walls, and a mostly used tube of toothpaste was left behind in one of the bathrooms, though the property manager mentioned the cleaning crew was a bit rushed since they had back-to-back bookings. One thing I personally would have liked to see would have been basic medical supplies, like rubbing alcohol and Band-Aids, but that's just me. I appreciated the thought behind the other hygiene supplies provided, though we didn't need them. We're from a quiet college town, so the neighborhood looked a bit sketchy at first glance, but after a good night's sleep, it seemed like there wasn't anything to worry about. The free, public parking was difficult to figure out at first; the property check-in info suggested downloading an app called SpotAngels, which I've never used, so I needed a day to learn the ropes. After that, the most difficult part was figuring out when to move the car based on the street sweeping schedule; otherwise, there was always a nearby spot while we were staying there.

Amazing Chicago

I liked the location next to public transport. easy to access. quiet neighbourhood and easy access to some Mexican supermarket that worked fine for our groceries. the team was responsive to all our messages. The house is well equipped,, I liked the ensuite master bed. Cleanliness tiptop. supplies like Tea, Coffee Pods, coffee pod machine, spices, some cooking oil, utensils was all very fine. Of course The TV sets for convenience to catchup with news. Our stay was amazing!

The property should consider a firmer mattress for the main bed.
