I was drawn to this property by the favorable reviews but I was gobsmacked by the condition of the unit. The following were our experience: - the floors were dusty and dirty - food crumbs on the dining table and sofabed - no toilet rolls provided in bathroom - toilet bowl was dirty, not properly scrubbed - shower area was dirty, the floor felt slimy - beds were not clean, there were foreign particles and even a red/brown smear on one sheet - water kettle looked like someone cooked food in it, dirty and unhygienic for use - pots were greasy, needed rewashing - most importanty, the handrail to upstairs was very shaky and looked like it would fall apart under some pressure, making it a safety hazard which worried us as we have children with us. We notified all this to the property manager (PM) within the first 3 hours and were informed that the cleaner would only come the next day and nothing could be done about the handrail until the next day too. Due to our concern about the staircase safety and unlivable condition of the unit, we checked out within 5 hours of checking in and didnt even spend the first night there. We notifed the PM and requested a refund which the PM denied. PM felt that his remediation timeline was reasonable and we didnt give him time to rectify. How on earth would we be expected to stay in unit with a safety hazard and sub-par condition for one night before the unit could be rectified? Our concern about the handrail was dismissed by the PM as hypothetical and that nothing actually happened. Who would take responsibility if we fell downstairs and sustained serious injury? In fact, our son lost his balance on the second last step because of the shaky handrail which sealed our decision to leave. Is it fair to us to use an uncleaned bathroom, or have no kettle to boil water? With no compensation for the first night stay? PM doesn't even want to refund the second night stay and only offered a measly 100euro as a so called good will gesture.

It was comfortable and very quiet

Unless you have vehicle it was a little harder to get to

The accommodation was really nice and clean. We had everything at hand! If you're here for Odense or just a stop in your travel, we definitely recommend staying here.

Only thing what could be better is the stair railing. It was pretty lose at the bottom which could be dangerous.

A lovely new property. Very clean, comfortable and exceptionally well equipped. There were some very welcome basics in the cupboards. Plenty of parking directly outside and the area was quiet.

Radhus i lugnt område utanför Odense. Välutrustat och rymligt kök. Bra med in och utcheckning via telefon.

Bara en toalett i en stor lägenhet för oss som var 7 personer.
