A Cozy Place at University of Reading

The place is beautiful and modern. The beds are comfy and the kitchen is well equipped. I loved the garden view from the balcony. The property is just right at the University entrance. The place is 3 mins walking to a grocery store and to a place for breakfast (grab and go).

Nothing bad… just would love to have a coffee maker instead of Instant coffee but still was a good option.

A pleasant stay

The apartment is very new, with modern facilities and kitchenware, and everything is kept spotlessly clean. The staff were helpful and kindly provided us with enough duvets. When my child accidentally left his headphones behind, they even offered to mail them back to us. The neighbour is quite and safe , right next to the university and close to some great Chinese restaurants.

It would be perfect if the apartment could also provide a vacuum cleaner and a sofa bed.

I would love to stay there again

The property is exactly the same as the photo. We have the floor floor garden view, the garden is well maintained and it’s very nice.

Water pressure in the bathroom and the ventilation doesn’t work in there.

The best apartment you’ll EVER stay in, guaranteed!

Wow! What a place!! My family and I needed somewhere to stay to recharge our batteries after a stressful couple of days travelling and not sleeping too well in the apartment we’d stayed in the night before. We literally found this on a whim as they’re rarely available (and I can see why!) We booked and I was a bit apprehensive about paying a £200 damage deposit on top the booking cost plus sending in photo ID for my husband and I but once we got there, we understood exactly why they had these things in place. The communication prior was excellent. They sent everything through clearly laid out and directions were easy to understand, even in my frazzled state. The location of the house is easy to find, straight off the motorway and although it’s central to everything, once you’re there, it’s really quiet and relaxing. The house itself - wow! The pictures are great but the house is better. Seriously. The whole apartment was immaculately clean. Even when you’ve adjusted to being there, there was nothing out of place, no hidden dirt that had been missed. Not a speck of anything on the floor (I’m autistic and I hate bits under my feet). The apartment is beautifully laid out and surprisingly much bigger than you’d expect. A real home from home. They’ve literally thought of everything; chocolates on the bed, plenty of clean towels, a spacious entrance hall with a bench for shoes, plenty of toilet roll and toiletries in each bathroom, they even had a selection of cereals, biscuits, milk and bottled water. The kitchen had everything you’d need including wash pods and dishwasher tablets. They even left a jar of sweets on the coffee table for my son! The furniture in the property was gorgeous. Excellent quality, sturdy and comfortable. I loved the colour scheme as I love teal! We spent the afternoon watching Lion King in 4D on the huge wall mounted TV. The bedrooms are beautiful. Spacious, excellently laid out with huge built in wardrobes.

Excellent high quality apartment, facing a peaceful garden. New so very clean and bright.

Clear instructions which worked. Super clean and comfortable. Well supplied kitchen. Loved the motion censor lights in the bathrooms. Loved to be facing the garden and patio doors onto it.

Only thing to improve, the curtains slide back to semi closed or closed, taking out the daylight. They need tie backs or longer curtain poles.
