Loft en centro histórico de Mazatlán!

Perfect clean secure 1 bedroom apartment for our friend Wendy to stay in when traveling by herself. Great location just a few blocks south of Plaza Machado. Only 2 steps up into front door. Pictures were accurate.

Biggest issue was the security deposit ( 2000 pesos = $112 USD) paid separately outside of Booking.com. Also signed their contract that says they pay it back. Took 3 weeks to get the refund back from Tropical Listings ( supposed to be 3-4 days). Contacted them on What’s App after not receiving after 3 wks & then they refunded to my credit card within 1 day. Very pleased to get it back! ( apparently AirBNB doesn’t allow these kinds of transactions so can book with them to avoid). Only other issue was some noise- occasional loud people walking by on the side street at night (as it’s a corner unit). During carnivale of course it was loud but a disco- type place 2 blocks away blasting out music until 4 am was particularly annoying. Running white noise on your phone helps & ear plugs during carnivale are essential!
