large spacious well equipped and safe apartment in an Excellent Location as per description and Photos. Host accommodated a late check in after 10pm and constant communication via whatsapp. Fountains and Burj Khalifa are fully visible from both rooms as well as the lounge and balcony
There was no hot water in the ensuite on the morning of checkout but fortunately the second bathroom had. We did report it and the host offered to send maintenance immediately but we opted not to have them come for repairs while we were getting ready and they offered a later checkout due to the delay of showering in one bathroom only.

Все было безупречно, кроме двух моментов:
- не работал Сплит в зале, но его починили по первому же требованию в течению 30 минут. Это очень хороший знак в обслуживании. Хозяин просто молодец!!
- не было горячей воды в одном из санузлов, но это скорее всего наша ошибка, где-то что-то не включили, наверное. Вообщем-то не критично, потому что горячая вода во втором санузле была всегда!! Проблем с душем не возникало!!
