Altstadt Versteck

The location The appartement was big

The checking was difficult The adresse was not exactly same as mentioned in booking The instructions to checking were not accurate we had to crawl under people feet in the bar next to it to take the other keys The bar played music till 2 am Saturday night

The location was great

I have requested early check in (14:00 instead of 15:00). I haven’t received a response, however we arrived at the apartment at 14:20. I called the owner and she guided us how to get in, however the apartment was not clean. The cleaner arrived at 14:40 and she was very rude to us! She finally finished cleaning at 16:00, an hour later the normal check in. This almost ruined our first day in Vienna!
