Very clean, very comfy, well equipped, friendly host, good location for trains into London.
Was very warm despite it being February. Could do with a fan to be able to cool down the room during the night

For a small place it had everything you needed well almost, it could do with a few hangers for towels in the bathroom and some by the front door to hang wet coats. It was a very quiet place bright and airy with everything you needed for a self contained stay. A hoover might be good as the broom I used to sweep was not great too short and I’m only small 😊 Inside the wardrobe was an ironing board and iron it might be good to hang these on the wall if possible that way you could hang your clothes. The bathrobe was a nice touch as were the slippers which you could take home if you wanted too.
No hangers for towels and not much space e in the bathroom for toiletries and no where to hand wet coats.

Close to Orpington train station
The hob wasn’t very clean, the floor was dirty. Host wasn’t very polite and I messaged to ask about the TV, got no reply
