Appartement très bien situé propre et avec tout le nécessaire .Monica est très gentille et toujours disponible en cas de besoin . Je reviendrai probablement si je passe dans la région

Now, you will be staying basically in the center of Cagliari and reach by foot to all main streets. More - the accommodation is on (currently) pedestrian street, so you wll not be disturbed by none even with windows open. Clean, super well utilized, cleverly arranged room plan so you dont feel crammed, and excellen batroom.
Disclaimer! this is not something that the host could handle, of course. Parking slots are somewhat on the hectic side on the streets nearby, once drove 4 times round the one-way streets to find one. Remember that blue parking line means there is a fee. Also, I had a problem with the bed, which kept taking my pillow to the gap between the wall (retractable bed so no moving it.)
