Villa del Mar Palm Mar

Nice villa close to the ocean. It has a lovely garden, with sunbeds and the house is also well equipped with household appliances. The villa has a good parking spot at the front of the house. All In all Palm mar is always a good choice to chill in Tenerife, and this villa is probably one of the best of the choises. You grab your keys from a box and will step into a clean and nice villa.

The house is rented out by a real estate company, and as such - it is difficult to let go of their own rules. They can adapt a little, but if your plane lands early in the morning, you can only take possession of the house after 4 pm. There is toilet paper and garbage bags, a little, as well as washing powder and tablets for the dishwasher. However, they run out quickly and you have to buy them yourself. The kitchen is well equipped in terms of utensils, but there is no salt, oil or spices. We have never encountered anything like this anywhere else, but this may be the way things are in Tenerife, or with the property managing company.
