    Our stay at this hotel was quite disappointing mainly due to the facilities and location. The property is very difficult to find and is located far from the main road, which makes commuting inconvenient, especially for first-time visitors. The room itself had several issues. There were a lot of mosquitoes, no hot water supply, and the cleanliness was not up to the mark. The room had no window, so there was no fresh air or ventilation, making the stay uncomfortable. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was not working, which added to the discomfort. Additionally, there is a nearby marriage hall that plays loud music and creates continuous noise, making it hard to rest or sleep properly. That said, the hotel staff deserve appreciation. They were polite, responsive, and genuinely tried to help with whatever we requested. Unfortunately, most of the problems were related to the infrastructure and facilities, which were beyond their control. Overall, the management needs to seriously improve the basic amenities to make this place suitable for guests.

    I strongly advise against choosing this hotel due to multiple serious shortcomings. The property is located in a highly inaccessible area with no proper road connectivity. It is situated far from both the Sri Jagannath Temple and the sea beach, making commuting extremely inconvenient. Despite booking a room for triple occupancy, the property manager refused to honor the booking upon arrival. After nearly thirty minutes of argument, extra mattresses were reluctantly provided, reflecting poor service standards. There is no facility for hot water, which is unacceptable for a hotel stay. Food delivery platforms such as Zomato do not service this location, and the in-house restaurant is of extremely poor quality—well below acceptable hygiene and taste standards. Additionally, restaurant services stop at 9:00 PM, after which no food is available at the property. Overall, the hotel demonstrates a lack of basic amenities, unprofessional management, and substandard service. This property is not recommended under any circumstances.
