位置超讚，就在洪崖洞與來福士之間，去解放碑也不遠，距離朝天门地鐵7至10分鐘步行路程。 觀景100分，露台直望就是大劇院，左邊是千廝門大橋，再看左下角便是洪崖洞…要看晚上燈光秀也不用出門，但如果要看齊兩江景色就要到主人房了… 有3間獨立房間，每房間都有雙人床，其中主人房是獨立套廁。 整間住宿有3個衛生間，兩個浴室。住宿供應足夠日用品和瓶裝飲用水。 裝修實而不華，很適合家庭或好友入住… 住宿女管家非常貼心，到達時就在大門外等候並幫忙搬行李… 有問題回覆得很快，又幫忙取快遞，提供煮食用具及給予我們多一個吹風機。其間有什麼要修理的也立即處理。 附近很多食肆，辣的當然很多，不辣的也有很多選擇。
住宿有些設備有點老舊，需要定時維修保養… 淋浴花灑不太夠力，尤其是客廳的那個浴室。其餘什麼都很好… 下次都會入住
