Once we had found and entered the property, we were happy. The view from the balcony was limited, but it was spacious with comfortable seating.

The directions to the property. We found the harbour easily. We then spent over an hour trying to find the reception, only to find it was the level above the harbour. No response from the owner or manager when trying to contact them out of hours. The receptionist was helpful and gave us keys to the property. They were a little ambiguous as they had two apartment numbers on them. The keys didn't fit either. The receptionist actually came up to both apartments to try the keys too. She tried to contact the management company and was looking through previous records to try and see if the owner had left a contact number. She left a message with the management company. I hasten to add she did not have to help us, she was doing it of her free will. We had checked in on-line, but never received an authorisation code for the keypad by the door. After more than two hours, we were about to book another hotel. We then found we had to pay the local tax, but the payment wasn't accepted. Finally, we found that we had to download an special app to pay the tax and gain access. This finally worked and we were able to get into our room nearly four hours after arriving. In the apartment was a second set of keys, with an additional key that fitted the front door. Had we been given this set, we wouldn't have had the problem of accessing the room. When we left, i left that set of keys with reception instead. We parked our car in the allocated space and the following morning found a note left by someone stating we were in their parking space! We have never, ever had a problem with accessing a property before with Booking.com The whole incident rather spoilt the pleasure of the stay.

Leider lies die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig die Bettdecken hatten Flecken das Geschirr war dreckig und an der Badezimmer Tür waren undefiniebare Flecken. Die Toilette selbst war sauber auch die Dusche und der Rest der Wohnung waren Sauber und Ordentlich.leider hat es eine Riesen Baustelle neben dem Gebäude und eine grosse Hauptstraße welche recht laut ist.
