The entry process was difficult and the security didn't speak English and was not at all especially helpful and willing to go very far out of their way. Through no fault of the owner the apartment was cheaply built unfortunately but being new it's an okay condition I can see that soon the curtains will be falling down because they're very heavy and attached to drywall the entry process could have been a lot better

This apartment, building, amenities and location overall is on par with nearby luxury hotel offerings at a much lower price point. With the studio and balcony being able to cook our own meals and a full size fridge was great. Plenty of storage and very well organized apartment.
The induction stove top is a bit tricky to use and limits what can be cooked.

L’emplacement. La disponibilité et sa réactivité de l’hôte. Gel douche et shampooing disponible.
Les travaux toute la journée juste en face du balcon. Le bruit nous a dérangés tous le séjour ce qui ne méritait pas le prix. La vaisselle n’était pas très propre. Attendre pour pouvoir entrer dans notre location car les instructions n’était pas bonne. (Merci pour votre disponibilité et votre aide pour éviter que ce dérangement dure trop longtemps).
