We booked for a few days unsure what to expect. The location: Central and literally walkable to almost everything within 5 minutes. I'm talking about restaurant, bars, shops, and other non essential shops. The owner: Very responsive and friendly. We didn't face any issues overall during our stay The room: It's not really room but actually like studio flat, cozy and fully Italian vibes of the "Centro storico". There's inside strong hot water with very good pressure AC with cold and warm option. Shampoos and body soaps Small essentials such as earbuds, make removal Very good towels quality for shower face and hands. Parking: You can find it on the street outside and park on white lines for free.

La chambre est bien située, en plein centre dans une rue charmante. Le parking gratuit a 5 min à pieds est pratique pour ceux venant en voiture. La climatisation est bien fonctionnelle.

Nous avons réservé la “maison 1 chambre” : L’isolation phonique est mauvaise, que ce soit le soir quand les habitants discutent et rigolent dans la rue qui résonne ou le matin dès 7h les églises de tout le centre se font entendre toutes les 30 minutes. Pour la nuit, le frigo est très bruyant et le sommier très bancal bouge au moindre mouvement. Il ne s’agit pas d’une “maison” (titre du logement) mais seulement d’une chambre avec aucune cuisine ni vaisselle. Les espaces sont également très exiguës, à la fois en hauteur (1m20 de plafond au niveau du lavabo) et en largeur.
