This is budget accomodation and at that price point was excellent value for money. Apartment was typical Antigua dwelling and provided a local experience.

Aus der Wohnung tritt man unmittelbar auf eine sehr belebte Straße hinaus. Zum Zentrum muss man etwa 7 Minuten laufen.

- Good-sized apartment. Easily sleeps four+. - Large king-size bed in one room. The other room had two beds. - I only met them very briefly, but the owners seem very nice. - Good internet. - Clean and comfortable. - Decent kitchen. Has fridge, stove, and a "laundry" sink, but lacks table knives (only 1) - If you want an inexpensive place with plenty of bed space and you don't mind the location, then this could be perfect for you.

- front door locks from the inside, but no deadbolt. In general, the locks do not work easily. Takes some jiggling. For that reason, and considering it is on a dodgy-looking street, it didn't feel super safe. - Difficult to find the unit since there is absolutely no signage outside the front door. You have to match up the front door in the photo on Booking.com with what you see as you walk by it in the street. - Not really close to anything, and at night, the streets within blocks are very dark and desolate. Probably not dangerous, but you kind of wonder if you are alone. Quite a walk to get to any restaurants or shops. - Shower doesn't drain well, so you wind up showering in a small puddle of water. - The downside of the kitchen is that there is only one single table knife, and 4 very cheap forks that can bend if you put too much pressure on them. - Dark bedrooms. - No self-check-in. You have to coordinate with owners to meet them on site.
