Breakfast not provided. Beautiful location and very comfortable beds. Pleasant and private site. Close to the beach. Loved watching the waxeyes feeding on the kowhai trees!
The oven and stove top were both dirty and the cups had tea stains.

Great location and very quiet beautifully appointed Home and well stocked with everything you might need to wanted to cook
The only thing I would suggest would be the bedside light on both sides of the beds and blinds for the two kitchen windows.
