Die Betreuung von Concierge Yoann war sehr zuvorkommend und unkompliziert. Er hat uns mit Rat und Tat unterstützt, auch im Schadensfall. Auch die Nettigkeiten wie Croissant, Wein und Gebäck sind in guter Erinnerung. Die Villa San Michele hat eine tolle Lage mit Blick in die umliegenden Berge. Wir haben unseren Urlaub hauptsächlich am Pool und auf der großzügigen Terrasse verbracht.
Die Ausstattung der Villa ist mittlerweile doch etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das war auch laut Beschreibung zu erwarten. Dass jedoch die Matratzen und Lattenroste davon betroffen sind, hat uns schon enttäuscht. Es war unangenehm in diesen Betten zu liegen.

Beautifully designed, spacious villa in a peaceful location with a fantastic pool. The surroundings are serene, perfect for relaxation, and grocery stores are just a short drive away. The concierge was friendly and very helpful.
There was no air conditioning, and it was quite hot during our stay. Thankfully, the pool was always open, which helped us stay cool. In the evenings and at night, the temperatures dropped enough to make sleeping comfortable.
