Amazing facilities and the house was great.
We stayed 9 days and were told that the cleaning service was due day 5. They never came and when I wrote to reclaim, they told me there was a mistake in the cleaning scheduling. They came during the 8th day just on day before checking out. Their responses appeared to be AI and there was no solution in the moment we needed. This is unacceptable as we needed new towels, bed sheets and trash bags.

Location was very convenient— across the street from a nice pool and short drive to Blue Bay Beach or about a 12-15 minute walk. Resort is well located to get to Willemstad and west side beaches. Apartment was comfortable and air conditioning in bedrooms worked well. Grocery stores are 5 -7 minutes away by car. Very beautiful and peaceful setting.
Some small appliances weren’t working and there were no staples like oil salt or pepper so had to buy these.
