Size, comfort, cleanliness, tap filtered water facility.
Only one (of the four) parasols was user friendly. The A/C in the open area (lounge/kitchen) was insufficient (two small units are not enough. Recommend upgrade to larger, energy efficient inverter units). One of the gate doors has no hold-back capability (always felt risky that gate would swing when driving through, although there was never any evidence of it).
