Velikost vily je opravdu skvělá, stejně tak soukromý bazén, který jsme si velmi užili.
Měli jsme od vily větší očekávání. Hned vedle vily je chov krav, takže je občas cítit nepříjemný zápach. Čalounění židlí bylo znečištěné, na zdech byly fleky, místy opadávala omítka a objevovala se lehká plíseň. Vila má velký potenciál, ale opravdu by si zasloužila více péče a údržby.
