Nice, well served, but not for everyone..
Near Metro station, near a nice Park to walk, close to parking and shops / restaurants
Room is based with a mezzanine, which serve as sleeping room, where the ceiling is too low (At least for me 180cm height). Stairs to reach the sleeping room are not for everyone. You need to pay extra attention especially when you go down.

Logement très propre, bien placé, proche du métro. Calme.
Juste une suggestion : mettre un rideau occultant sur la fenêtre à gauche pour la lumière le soir et un cache sur le chauffe eau (lumière gênante pour dormir).

Appartamento comodo e tranquillo a due passi dalla metro :)
Ho apprezzato moltissimo la comodità di poter entrare direttamente in casa senza dover salire scale con le valigie. La fermata della metro gialla è a pochi passi, rendendo gli spostamenti molto facili. Il letto, situato nella zona notte soppalcata, è molto comodo e le lenzuola erano freschissime. Il bagno è spazioso, con una doccia ampia e confortevole. Non ho utilizzato la cucina, ma è ben attrezzata per preparare qualcosa di veloce. Lo stabile è tranquillo e nei dintorni ci sono numerosi locali dove mangiare o bere qualcosa, oltre a un comodo mini market.
La scala per salire al soppalco è un po’ stretta e non troppo agevole, ma personalmente l’ho usata solo per salire a dormire. Per maggiore comodità, ho preferito lasciare la valigia e i vestiti al piano terra dov è presente un appendi abiti a vista.
