Chose to stay here after flight was cancelled and chose Disney hotel as could use the transport and transfer to Disney springs for food and shopping facilities. Rooms were well kept and well presented. Staff were exceptional

We stayed here for one night in transit from the airport to our Disney cruise the next day. Hotel was great the pool and the slide and the splash pad was awesome for the kids to enjoy our room was ready early. All the staff were friendly and engaging. The food buffet had lots of options and big portions overall, we were very happy with our stay. It was great to have a connection with the ferry to Disney Springs and easy travel between the hotel and there.
Our only downside of the trip was we got to the hotel too late to use our waterpark day of check-in perk but only because our flight was late landing and transport from airport took much longer.
