The location of the mountain retreat truly is perfect. Hidden away hot far from Haarties, this absolute gem of a hideaway serves as a place to escape and unwind. Lots of hiking and 4x4 activities and fantastic bird watching. Stefen and Leigh were super helpful hosts. The view was truly amazing and a brilliant escape that isn't too far from the city. We also ordered the soaps that Leigh makes on the farm and they were amazing. If you are looking to disconnect from tech and clutch out, this place is for you.
A perspex/clear polycarb roof could be useful so the stoep can still be used in the rain. Maybe a small warming system (Kol kol or the likes?) on the pool so its a bit more usable in the cooler days of summer.
