全套的設備 小烤箱 微波爐，廚房調裡油鹽都有，鍋碗瓢盆齊全，基本卸粧水也有，洗衣機，烘乾機也有，浴室換氣乾躁機，內有橫桿可以烘衣，一夜就乾了。 還有switch可以玩，女兒這次玩了好幾次。室內有5G wifi。 垃圾處理說明很詳細，備用垃圾袋很多，可以自己包垃圾去後面入口信箱前丟垃圾。 也有附水槽濾網，可以自己更換。 總之 這八晚住的很舒服。
地點算是有點偏僻，岡電路面電車終點站清輝橋下車，走4分鐘就到，附近沒有甚麼超市，我都走去LAMU便利商店，大概走七八分鐘。 另外路面電車有固定時間，建議查好時刻表再出門，當然公車清輝橋站也算密集，幾乎都是往岡山車站。

玄関に鍵が一つしかなく、すぐリビングなのでセキュリティに不安を感じた。外を歩く人の話し声や人が通るのもよくわかり落ち着かなかった。
