Historic conversion, private parking - near Bath

The property is very new and stylish. Spacious and felt quite cool inside despite the very hot weather. It is a very short walk away from the town and station, convenient for getting into Bath. Lovely to be so close to the river with many pubs and a very good Italian restaurant.

The property was clean, comfortable, well equipped, brilliant design, nicely furnished, comfortable bed.

My only ‘beef’ was there was only one mirror - in the bathroom, and I had to stand on tiptoe to be able even then to see part of my head in it. Maybe lower that one, and install another in the bedroom.

The property was exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated, making it a pleasure to stay in. It was also spacious, bright, and airy, creating a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. We particularly appreciated the reserved off-street parking space, which was a very convenient bonus.

The only minor issues we encountered were with the property's gate and the bathroom ventilation. When leaving the property by car, the gate was quite tricky to open both sides. Although the instructions said it should open by slowly driving towards it, one side didn't open, so we had to get out of the car and open the gate from outside in order to get both sides open. The bathroom was spacious, but the ventilation could be improved, as it wasn't very effective.

Beautiful stable conversion, everything was as we saw on the pictures. Very well equipped kitchen, perfect with private parking. Nice bathroom with plenty of hot water. It is very near the Avon - Kennet Canal and a few pubs. We highly recommend this place, would sure like to come back. perfect base for visiting Iford Manor.
