This property I believe to be a scam. On arrival, I was absolute horrified to find out that it was on the back of someone’s house, so there was absolutely no privacy. I paid separately as requested by the host for some decorations and balloons etc to be installed, this did not happen. We were given the wrong pin for the key press and hosts were awful in their communications. The hot tub was unusable as was not even hot. There were inappropriate adult content games put out in the room, although this bnb claimed to be “child-friendly”. There was a naked man observing us out of the window at the front of the house. We could not stay, we felt extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. We communicated this to the hosts immediately and also booking.com. The hosts will not take any responsibility and have offered £15 refund out of the £230 I paid plus the £35 I paid separately for decorations which never happened. Booking.com are aware of this complaint and I am awaiting the outcome of my complaint that I have now escalated with them as I feel this property should not even be advertised on their website as it is dangerous and not as described.

Hot Tub Spacious Location Looks nice

Matress&sheet, unhygienic, and disgusting with hair and stain have evidence Sofa pillows are still wet damp and covered in alcohol spillage Non-existence sofa bed if you can even call it that with paper thin mattress and disgusting covered in brown stains. Which meant 3 of us had to share and squeeze on a double bed No communication or decency from the owners Messaged us 10 min before check-in time to tell us to check in an hour later as they arrived late to do the cleaning. Hence, nothing was cleaned properly. Rushed the cleaning as a result, and the bedding was disgusting and not even changed covered in hair. Have videos Bed sinks in as the slat was broken see picture. Noticed when we lifted the disgusting mattress It's not worth the money and hassle Owners not taking liability and trying to call us liars, and the funny thing is we don't drink and are trying to say we caused stains on mattress🤣 this was on the first day. Booking.com tried to call owner's, and they just ignored itso we had investigation carried out No sympathy or apology from owners disgusting. We even had a 3 year old. Who was upset due to the unhygienic and ruined experience and break. Tried calling and messaging owners non-existent and waste of time What a letdown was looking forward to it and had high hopes due to the good reviews, but im guessing that was because it's mainly from drunk couples who don't realise or not too bothered about the hygiene. Once you lift the bedding up and get to the Matress sheet you can see the hair as it wasn't changed and when you lift the sheet up the mattress is even worse covered in bodily fluid, stains, hair. Lovely very spacious apartment. Other than the tiniest of issues getting in to the property (outside of hosts control) it was a fab stay! Would recommend 5*

Facilities were amazing and super clean, lots of little extras for a very enjoyable stay! Bed is the most comfortable we’ve ever experienced in a hotel, many nice touches on arrival.

There is nothing to dislike in this beautiful little home.

The bed was comfy, the bath was lovely had such a good vibe, there was cute petals on the bed

The hot tub did not work; as it was not even turned on and it says keep on at all times otherwise you loose heat, which it then did… so we had no hot tub and it was my birthday I was gutted. Asked for some sort of refund and got told I was pulling a fast one?? Very very rude. Offered me 1h and 45mins extra time to enjoy the hot tub in the morning… which isn’t good enough I wanted the whole night not an extra hour.
