Very comfortable apartment with everything you need and more, great privacy as your not overlooked in any way with tall fence around the garden whilst your in the hot tub. Very clear instructions for check in and immediate response when we had a question.

The bed was comfy, the bath was lovely had such a good vibe, there was cute petals on the bed
The hot tub did not work; as it was not even turned on and it says keep on at all times otherwise you loose heat, which it then did… so we had no hot tub and it was my birthday I was gutted. Asked for some sort of refund and got told I was pulling a fast one?? Very very rude. Offered me 1h and 45mins extra time to enjoy the hot tub in the morning… which isn’t good enough I wanted the whole night not an extra hour.
