Excelente localização na Praia Grande, beira mar , perto de restaurantes e comércio em geral .condomínio com opções de lazer e boa piscina
Apesar da descrição informar que tem 1 cama de solteiro, não há. Na realidade há 2 colchões velhos sem cama. A casa estava com cheiro de mofo, a cozinha com cheiro de gordura e o ar condicionado com cheiro ruim. Falta uma limpeza tipo faxina. A jacuzzi não está disponível para hóspedes.
