Everything from the accommodation, to location & service was great. Even taxi service was nearby. I loved it. You got me as a regular now. Vinaka vakalevu

The place was as described. The bed was comfortable. The shower was hot with good water force. Instant coffee was available as was WiFi. Chair and table out front was a nice touch.
The communication with proprietor was very good and we were able to check in a bit earlier.
Half a block from the waterfront.
It is a studio so it was quite small by the time an ironing board, tv and tv table, clothes hanger, desk and bedside table are included. I wouldn't say it was great value for money - it was ok for what it was.

Location was excellent, near the seaside
Lock on the door not working.Reported to owners, but no action taken. Toiletries not provided had to be requested as the cleaners also did not refill anything
24 hrs water cut due to non payment of water bills by owners.
We had to keep requesting assistance , and communication in regard to this was poor.
Ants and lizards everywhere, even on bed.
Outside area filthy with piles of rubbish. Breeding ground for mosquitoes and rats.
Below standard facility.
