As parents traveling with our three kids, we were really happy with this place. The house was not only clean and peaceful, but also surprisingly spacious—more than enough room for our family of five, and honestly, it could fit up to eight people without feeling crowded. All the appliances and furniture looked either new or extremely well cared for, which made things so easy
We found the area great for families. The quiet neighborhood meant we saw rabbits and squirrels in the yard every day, and our kids were thrilled to spot fireflies in the evenings. The location was also very convenient: having a supermarket less than a 10-minute drive away was a lifesaver, and parking was always easy and stress-free
Eating out was enjoyable, with lots of good local restaurants nearby—our family favorites were the pancake houses and a couple of steakhouses. We took time to visit the Bahá'í House of Worship, explored Northwestern’s campus, and even spent a day at Brookfield Zoo. We also had fun at a local county fair, which was a nice bonus.
Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely rent this house again if we return to Evanston
The location and house etc is value of money. But of course needs to drive to shops and restaurants
