Completely different room type allocated
Dear Team, Kindly note that this is a scam hotel/ apartment. We were promised a 1 Bedroom apartment with kitchen with the living room but all we got is one room. I snore when I am too tired and we needed two different rooms and separate beds but we had to manage, with one of us sleeping by the door in the foyer/ bathroom. The owner politely declined in writing on Whatsapp that the booked room is sold out. How can we book when its sold out and the replacement is not the same type of room should have been informed earlier. We were even primised a balcony and anphoto was shown with sea view however our room did not have a balcony. The room had one window which also hwd a shutter which the owner refused to open. We have videos and photos of the room for your reference. Kindly note that we need refund of the booking as soon as possible with proof of actuin against the owner.

Très Satisfaisant
Quand on connait Beausoleil, et Monaco, c'est rapidement accessible à pied (10 à 15 minutes à pieds) 20 minutes à pas de promenade. Le seul inconvenient est au niveau des horaires de bus, dernier bus (19h00), mais une fois le chemin effectué à pied, on s'y retrouve sans soucis.
Le dépaysement, avec de jolies paysages le ressourcessement, la tranquilité, et le civisme des gens.

Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war leider sehr schlecht. Der Aufzug in den 5. Stock war defekt – erfahren haben wir das nur zufällig über eine andere Bewertung kurz vor unserer Anreise. Vom Vermieter gab es dazu keinerlei Information. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns zugesichert, dass der Aufzug bis zu unserem Aufenthalt repariert sei, was jedoch nicht stimmte. Der Vermieter reagierte außerdem sehr unfreundlich. Die Wohnung war nicht besonders sauber, und im Treppenhaus stand Müll. Leider keine gute Erfahrung

Posizione comoda per avvicinarsi a Montecarlo.
Appartamento al 4º piano, a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di Montecarlo, pulito, ben curato, ma veramente piccolo infatti il letto è un divano letto, abbastanza comodo. Aria condizionata, cucina ben attrezzata. Parcheggi a pagamento in strada nelle vicinanze.

Court séjour à Beausoleil
Résidence récente, propre. Logement fonctionnel. Le départ était initialement prévu à 09h30 et malgré une demande tardive au propriétaire il nous a été accordé de rester jusqu'à 11h00 ce qui est très appréciable.
Difficulté de stationnement sur la voirie, et pour voir la mer, il faut vraiment se pencher fenêtre ouverte!

Piccolo ma con tutto il necessario.
Un piccolo appartamento con tutto il necessario. Molto comodo il letto, nonostante sia un divano letto. Non ho avuto il solito male alla schiena che ho spesso quando dormo in altri letti. Bello il fatto di avere cuscini in più, non scontata come cosa. Appartamento trovato pulito, ha il clima... tutto perfetto. Ci sono parcheggi in loco lungo la strada, per fortuna noi abbiamo trovato proprio li davanti.Ottimo per brevi soste.
Unico neo è la posizione. Dista a poco più di 1 km da monte-carlo, quasi 30 min a piedi di salita e discesa.Per spostarti bisogna chiamare il taxi.
