Location. Hot tub. Bbq
Definitely getting tired compared to 3 years ago when we last stayed. Bedrooms had no personality. Basic, no headboards for example. Screws where pictures used to be. Outside the chairs were green with mould, the outside table was decaying bits broken off. Bbq aas good though. Just a little love and thought needed to pull it back..

Two double beds need replacing
The two single beds were in an anteroom with no door. The two double bedrooms were accessed from the space the two single beds were in.
Limited off street parking. No carport etc
