Practically the hotel is new and it is perfect for the nights before and after safari/hike. It is also very secure and the yard looks great. We had the studio that was very clean and fully equipped. The bathroom is also clean. My favorite was the comfortable bed that had some amazing smooth bed sheets. Breakfast is simple but you’ll get it to your room at the hour you tell in advance. We asked for dinner when we arrived and we were provided 3 menu options of 15$ each. The food was great and the portions were huge. My advice would be to buy one menu for 2 persons if you are not extemely hungry. The staff is also amazing and they did their absolute best to make our stay pleasant.

The location however is a few kilometres outside Arusha and the last hundred meters are a bit rough to drive. However, due to the location the place is quiet and the max you can hear at night are some crickets. Also, despite the amazing appliances in the studio many were not working because the wifi didn’t work. During our stay they try to fix it and it worked for exactly 2 minutes and then it went off again for good. However, for us it was not that important. So if you don’t care about the wifi this is definitely a good place to stay when you’re in Arusha as it is definitely good value for money.

Clean house, nice compound, good security, friendly staff. We enjoyed the stay very much.
