The property is located in a private court, its extremely quiet and tucked away. It was access to the beach only a short walk away. Well equipped kitchen and Alice was excellent to communicate with to get is checked in. The villa is at the bottom of the gated community so its quite a big hill back up to town if you are walking.
Just something to note, there were lots of mosquitos so if you want to enjoy the gorgeous outdoor area be sure to bring some insect repellant. There was an insect candle provided which also helped. The shower head was also a bit broken. None of these things negatively impacted our stay. There is also no phone signal but there is wifi in the villa.

the Ikea bad was not so comfortable, the neighbors were too noisy. the furniture and facilitie are very basic, could be amazing if you will upgrade the place a bit.
