Apartment has been very well renovated, nice & spacious with good amenities (in a quiet yet central location) you can also park for free close by - just need to look a bit) bathroom and shower lovely and good kitchen if you want to cook. Nice views from small balcony. (There is a lift also)
It was extremely (unseasonably hot) whilst we were in San Remo - so note there is only aircon in the lounge (it does reach the bedroom if you leave the door open! - but a fan for the bedroom would be useful) apartment could do with a full length mirror- but apart from the above it’s fantastic and the host very helpful

The apartment is a 5 minute walk from the train station. On the ground floor there is a pizza/kabob restaurant and a small bar. Very convenient. The sea view from the apartment was very nice.
Some of the dishes were dirty and had to be cleaned before use. Also, a couple the placemats were dirty too.

Insuffisance des équipements de base pour petit dej et repas , pas de théière ou moyen de chauffer eau sauf casserole, pas assez de verres, tasses etc Sets de table tachés Aucun mode d’emploi TV uniquement en italien Quelques tablettes pour lave vaisselle Documents pour informer les touristes Globalement , apparemment agréable mais non conçu pour accueillir des touristes
