La posizione del monolocale, la possibilità di usare la lavatrice.
La pulizia. Consiglio di cambiare la ditta delle pulizie. Inoltre il monolocale è bello ma alcuni piccoli particolari mi hanno indotto a fare un voto più basso. Esempio il porta asciugamani con la base arrugginita. Una miglior attenzione anche per le stoviglie in dotazione che sono tutte rovinate. Una miglior manutenzione e controllo renderebbero nel tempo un minolocale a cinque stelle.

Distanza dal mare.
Rubinetto doccia inchiodato dal calcare. Mancanza delle cose essenziali esempio I cucchiaini per farsi un caffè,un rotolo di carta igienica.. Cose che in altre piattaforme di affitto non mi succedono mai.

Geräumiges Apartment ohne großen Schnickschnack, Bett war gemütlicher, als es auf den ersten Blick aussah. 😅 Tolles großes Bad mit mega Dusche. Ein kleiner Außenbereich stand uns ebenfalls zur Verfügung - samt Wäscheständer (sehr praktisch für Wanderer wie wir).
Leider gab es kein WLAN, da aufgrund der Vorsaison noch nicht verfügbar.
