Good location. Friendly and helpful staff. Very good air conditioning! And large room size accommodated us very well.
Bathroom could have been a little more clean, and did not have amenities - but would still recommend staying here

Several cockroaches in my room. Even one found in my bed. Thats where I drew the line and reported to the staff and asked for a new room immediately, on a higher floor. I was offered a new room for the next day which I refused of course and asked for a refund so I can’t change hotels, he said no to a refund although my room was infested with cockroaches!! After a bit of back and forth I finally got a new room, which was cleaner.
Loads of rubbish and full bins , pouring out onto the floor on the stairways.
If my complaint to staff was met with more curiosity and empathy im sure my review would reflect however that was not the case.
