In winter, you will enjoy the comfort of underfloor heating with a heat pump that will make you forget the cold outside.
Fishing enthusiasts will enjoy the large pond, with its landscaped banks and its carp (equipment not provided).
A few minutes from the motorway south of Limoges, you will be ideally located to visit sites in the region: Limoges and its train station, its aquatic complex, Chalucet, the Reynou park, the historic site of Oradour-sur-Glane, the lake of Vassivière, Pompadour.
