Good stay! Place is cozy, well equiped, well located, with only one bigger issue (bathroom silicone)

Very nice and responsive owner - Monica - she answered any questions or request we had very fast and to full satisfaction. The apartament has almost everything you can wish for during one week stay for two people - comfy sofa; big coffe table so you can play games in the evenings; well enough equiped kitchen with small oven, microwave and dish washer; separate bedroom; a lot of storage space; washing machine; bathroom with shower and bidet. Great terrace with nice view of the town and mountains around you. It was also warm - around and sometimes little above 21 C which was perfect for us. However if you are used to even warmer conditions - fair warning - around 21C seems to be the max the local house community (?) regulations allow. It was generaly clean (however look at 'cons' below as there was exception) The location is good. Few minutes walk from few restaurants, about 13 minutes walk to Spar. Entry to Parco Cervi 5 minutes walk. Parking space - free of charge, on the internal street near the building, there was plenty of space, but we were off season - I don't know how easy it is during high season.

There was one major and a couple of very minor issues: Major issue: old and nasty looking silcone in the shower. Its surface was clean (we checked), but the silicone itself was almost completely black (it was transparent initialy) and moulded through. Removing it and putting a new one would increase the perception of the cleaniless of the apartment tremendously. Minor topics: - a space between the dish washer and cabinet that you can see every time you open the washer to put plates in was quite dirty - I guess it's not a place you typicaly look at while cleaning, but it's a place you see when dish-washing :) - a couple of hangers in the bathroom (on the heating radiator) would go a long way to keep your towels hanging and not falling down on the floor. - a mechanical ventilation in the bathroom was not working, only making a lot of noise without actually pulling air in - I assume it's blocked somehow. As you can see, the minor topics are really minor.

A pleasant week-long stay in winter/skiing. We’d love to come back.

Cozy and nice smaller apartment, fully equipped. The pull-out extra bed is rather short, suitable for a child. Located on the 3rd floor with an elevator, with good accessibility to the city center and the nearest ski slope. Free street parking is available, along with a garage/storage box for ski equipment, though it is not meant for car parking. Excellent communication with the owner, who is very helpful and responds quickly.

Finding a parking spot in designated areas can be slightly more difficult in the late evening. It's a shame the garage can't also be used for parking, as concrete blocks block access to the garage area.

Appartamento completo e dotato di varie amenità. Bella la sala con cucina e terrazzo, buono anche il bagno. Parcheggio gratuito sotto casa. Posizione strategica per attività sia estive sia invernali. Ottima accoglienza.

È un po' caro, ma in linea con i prezzi attuali della zona. La stanza da letto è un po' angusta.
