Bed was much too hard and my pod door didn't latch all the way.

到着日には朝からチェックインの15時までロビーでくつろげた。翌朝もゆっくり寝かせてもらった。エアコンの調整も希望に応えてくれた。朝のコーヒーも昼頃まで飲めた。掃除が行き届いている。

Staff was great, sauna is a nice bonus and the only clean place (maybe because nobody had been using it?)
It was very dirty, showers just filthy and smell like mold as there are seem to be no ventilations. Dirty towels baskets and garbage cans are overflowing. There was a person just sleeping the lobby, toilets were dirty as well, bed was ok but shelves around the bed very dusty.
