Misono no Oyado - RO 美園のおやど - ろ #IO2

We really enjoyed our stay at Misono no Oyado! The place is beautiful, super spacious, and spread over two floors. It has traditional tatami flooring, so you take off your shoes at the entrance and wear the slippers they provide. The upstairs area was our favorite part! It was huge, with a big table and so much space to hang out and relax. Everything was really comfortable, and we honestly wished we could have stayed a few more days to enjoy it properly. Would definitely recommend it!

Maybe having more hangers or places to hang wet clothes and towels would be really helpful, and (I think) it would be nice to have soap available in all the bathrooms. But these are just minor details and didn't affect our overall experience haha Would definitely recommend staying here!!!

5 min walk from the station. Bathtub and shower were great. Washing machine was nice to have. AC works well.

The listing had a projector when I booked it. Many other reviews comment on how great the projector was. Two days after my payment processed, he sent a message that the projector has been removed. No reason, and no alternative solution. The upstairs living room isn't great without a projector or tv. The shopping street around the unit stinks. I started wearing a mask each time I went out. There is a standing ashtray right outside the unit that you get to smell every time you enter and exit. Even though the listing says it's non-smoking. Futons are paper thin and worn out. I had to stack 4 to be comfortable. Forget having 7 people sleep there like it shows it can hold. Steps are incredibly steep. I'm 183cm tall and dreaded each time I had to use the steps. The bedrooms are on 2F. The living room is on 3F. Moving luggage up and down was a nightmare.
