Cheap price for a good standard, 15min from the center, spacious rooms with big bed, towels,tv. For worse rooms in different locations, like taman negara, we paid 3x the price.
Bathroom wasn't that good, no toilet paper, no soap,hard to find accommodation in the beginning but there is a good communication with owner so just write to him.

Short walk into town. Warm shower. Helpful staff.
Very cheap, ok for one night or two at a push as the mattress is terrible. The place needs a good clean, just a wipe down of surfaces and a sweep up as the bare minimum.
Short walk into town. Check in procedure could be so much easier though, just make sure you ask the host for the exact location of your stay.
Staff are really helpful and attentive over WhatsApp.
All being said, as it was so cheap, I would stay again for 1 night max.
