Welcoming, clean, quiet, spacious.

Clean, quiet, spacious room, with a lovely owner, welcoming and helpful. The room had a great view across to the cathedral and campanile, lit up at night.

The overnight shutter did not work. The owner fixed it in the morning: it gets stuck. Before settling in, make sure it is working

Grazie infinite a Eva e alla sua famiglia per l'ospitalità! La camera era molto bella e super pulita, Eva ci ha accolti calorosamente e la colazione al mattino è stata superlativa. Speriamo di poterci tornare!

Strepitoso appartamento!

Finalmente un luogo vero, non standardizzato, con la cortesia di Eva ad accoglierti, un appartamento radioso, pieno di luce e di aria, con le giuste dimensioni, arredato con gusto, siamo stati magnificamente e consigliamo questo appartamento a chiunque si trovi a Faenza. Meglio di così è difficile!

L’ospitalità romagnola a due passi dal centro

Io e mio fratello avevamo bisogno di un appoggio vicino al centro, dove si stava svolgendo un evento della federazione sbandieratori e l’appartamento si trova vicinissimo alla piazza centrale. Eva è stata molto gentile e disponibile e la camera aveva a disposizione tutti i comfort di un hotel, ma anche di un appartamento, con acqua e colazione a disposizione in cucina tutti segnalati dalla scritta “OSPITI”.

Purtroppo era un weekend caldissimo e la mancanza di aria condizionata è stata l’unica pecca

Location eccellente, famiglia deliziosa

Eva è stata disponibilissima, super gentile e attenta. La casa è di una famiglia che affitta una stanza ampia, confortevole e pulitissima. Il posto è facilissimo da raggiungere che si arrivi in macchina o in treno (5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione) ed è altrettanto vicino al centro! Davanti c’è un conad in caso servisse comprare qualcosa al volo, vicino tanti bar in cui fare colazione, locali aperitivo e parcheggio grandissimo a pochi metri dalla casa!una posizione strategia, grazie di cuore!!

Piacevolissimo soggiorno in centro a Faenza

L’appartamento è molto bello, gli arredi sono nuovi e l’attenzione alla pulizia direi che è quasi maniacale; tutto in ordine e fornito delle cose necessarie. Ambiente silenzioso e confortevole, la padrona di casa è molto gentile e premurosa.

Zimmer mit eigenem Bad/WC in einer Wohnung, blitzsauber, ruhig, sehr freundlich.

Zwar hatte ich überlesen, dass es sich um ein Zimmer in einer Wohnung handelt, aber wir hatten kein Problem damit, denn es ist ein Zimmer mit Bad (Dusche, WC und Handwaschbecken). Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4. Stock, mit Lift (typisch italienisch klein, aber 2 Koffer und eine Person passen gut hinein). Erstklassige Kommunikation vor dem Einchecken, ausnehmend freundlicher Empfang und eine blitzsaubere Wohnung. Man kann sich auch Kaffee machen und den Kühlschrank benutzen. Das Zimmer selbst ist nicht sehr groß, aber weit ausreichend und hat einen hübschen Ausblick auf die Dächerlandschaft des Zentrums von Faenza. Absolut ruhig! Wir wünschen der Gastgeberin viel Erfolg, angenehme Gäste und empfehlen die Unterkunft gerne weiter.
